I’m so very glad i found this site, it really looks awesome.

Psych central has helped me a lot so far, and i haven’t even posted in the forums or anything! I believe that i suffer from anxiety and mild depression even, but i’m too scared to talk to my parents about it. I’m 21, by all means i should be out there in the “real world” and what not, but i’m too scared.

Anyway, along with my problems and worries i should be posting here too! :3
